I’m an agile, creative leader specializing in designing experiences for brands that prioritize culture, communities, and diversity. With over 18 years of experience across live entertainment, fashion, and media, I’ve held transformative executive roles both agency-side and in-house. My expertise includes strategy, business development, creative direction, and marketing, all driven by data, insights, and emerging trends.


I manage budgets ranging from micro-scale to $10M+, excelling in both B2B and B2C environments. Known for my sharp business acumen, high emotional intelligence, and my ability to inspire and mentor teams, I’ve collaborated with luxury brands like Mugler and Burberry, media giants like VICE, Refinery29, and Live Nation, as well as global artists such as Justin Timberlake and Lauryn Hill, and international events like the Olympic Games.


At my core, I’m a storyteller, passionate about fostering inclusivity in every project I undertake. As a mental health advocate and yoga teacher, I’m deeply committed to building intentional and meaningful communities.
