As Executive Producer for Intercom’s marquee event, Pioneer—a one-day summit for AI customer service leaders in New York City—I led end-to-end production spanning experiential design, broadcast, partner management, technical production, and logistics. Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and agency partners, I oversaw every phase from concept through on-site delivery, ensuring both the in-person and virtual experiences embodied Intercom’s brand voice, elevated every touchpoint, and exceeded performance KPIs.
